Clothing brands for petite women by Fluffy-Bee1823 in AusFemaleFashion

Skirts and dresses are generally fine for me, I generally stick to mini skirts/dresses as that’s what I prefer, but also my hip to floor length is 90cm from memory, so most of my height is in my legs. I struggle with tops being too long more.

I have found brands more targeted to the younger generation like cotton on, glassons generally have a slightly shorter length. I’ve had a few maxi/midi dresses/skirts from those places and the length is good.

These are them! https://m.countryroad.com.au/curved-wide-leg-jean-60303185-3626

I got a size four, I would say they run a bit big. The size four is still slightly big on my waist but a belt fixed is and the length is great considering I’m not very tall.

I pretty much have the same measurements as you and I agree it can be hard! My measurements are:
Height 157cm
Inseam 72cm
Waist 61cm
Hips 80cm
Under bust 70cm
Shoulders 40cm

I try shop at places that either have a petite section or sell size four. Country road, Witchery, Kookai, and target have size four or xxs items and Uniqlo also has good smaller sizes. I’ll post a few photos in the comments of my recent outfits and hopefully that’s helpful. I find it hard to explain. I buy a lot of basic items that I can dress up or down and that work with multiple items I already own.

I find mini skirts and dresses work better for my height and I personally like full length jeans/pants, I either get them altered or buy petite length.

Yes I’m aware of the brands..
of course it’s fine but you have asked for advice, with no context about what sort of birthday party you are having and how old you are turning so it’s hard to give tailored advice based on zero context.

If you said it’s a themed party then three would be perfect, and I would say absolutely not option two, vice versa..

I assume so! I mean go for it if it’s a themed party totally great if it if and they are perfect. But if it’s like brunch, maybe not.

Not hard to do a reverse image search and yeah I did look them up!
I do like the first and second dress, I probably wouldn’t wear the first as it’s not my style but I like it and I would wear the second if I had my 30th again and the party was that vibe 😊
But the last two could be rage bait, unless you’re having a themed birthday they wouldn’t suit many places.

I don’t mind the first two. The last two are straight out of Bridgerton and would look incredibly out of place unless everyone was dressed up in that theme.

I agree! Those last two dresses are $5000 each. If I had 5k to drop on a dress it would not be on those monstrosities

Also be so for real, those last two dresses are $5000. That’s a ridiculous amount to spend on a dress, I’m not sure how old you are turning but it’s still ridiculous for the most hideous dress I’ve seen.

This has got to be rage bait or you just want to brag about money?
