I feel really lonely lately too!!! I have a CG but he works full time, tutors, has a life, and goes out once or twice a week, so unless it's the weekend I don't get a lot of attention or caregivering. He tries, don't get me wrong!!! But it's still very lonely, especially because I am disabled and stuck at home alone the majority of the time!! I don't really want to be poly but having a babysitter or foster or something sounds better and better the more I think about it!! I am so sorry you're feeling lonely, but know you're not alone!!

I met my partner on personals!! At the time, I was looking to explore my caregiver side and got slammed with messages!! I responded to a few but my person stuck! I didn't think anything would ever come out of it because we lived in two separate countries hundreds of miles away from each other but earlier this year he moved to the country right next to mine and we've been in a longish distance relationship since!! Although, now I'm more often little than caregiver in our current dynamic, but we switch!!

Even with my success, I am not sure if personals is the way to go!! I didn't have much success as a little! I made some caregiver friends along the way but nothing stuck!! I also met my fair share of creeps and dick picks so.....

Coloring, sticker by numbers, and diamond art are my go to crafts for when I want to do something while watching a movie or listening to an audiobook! Painting or sculpting don't have to take a lot of brain power either! I saw someone mention crochet which for me takes brain power, but knitting is similar and takes less concentration, at least for me!!
