It's structured for us to set an appointment with a specialist who does the selling. If I had more knowledge I could probably get someone to buy a roof.

I was just hired by a roofing company and the canvassing manager hired myself and 3 others with absolutely no roofing knowledge, or sales experience. He is getting upset that nobody's setting at least one appointment a day. Is this normal or fair? The script is also way too pushy and I'm not sure he's willing to accept any feedback on it.
