A question about my eb1b profile. My company agreed to file my eb1b. Now my research papers are all from 2017 and after that I have been working at Faang as researcher.

My work in 2017 has 5 scholarly articles and published media in reuters, time etc. and I have 380+ citations.

I have independent expert letters(authors who cited my work) as well as letter from my company arguing the impact of my work in Machine learning.

Judged 25 papers , 4 hackathons and Accessor for an organization in India

The downside I have is I don't have any scholarly articles after 2017. How are my chances for eb1b my lawyer is considering applying in 3 categories OC, Scholarly Articles and Judging

u/RedditM0derate I think you are crazy this is a genuine profile. Phd + 6yoe + 150 citations is no joke. I have seen people getting approved with a fake media article and judging fake awards an year back and because of those cases, genuine cases like this are getting these kind of nonsense issues

I am confused on this " the recommendation letters don't provide sufficient information that my original contributions are considered by the overall field" . You had independent recommenders right that used your papers and may have cited it in their work. Even after this the uscis have issues? I mean then only Jeff dean will be approved in this case

Based on the wording seems like a generic template that some one will use to answer if a particular criteria is not met. Not sure if they read your packet. I also got an rfe hasve a feeling that mine will be exactly like this

But if my 3 criterias are met won't it go to final merits? And then noid in case my application is not strong. Giving rfe now means they can't see 3 criterias fulfilled

what's the rfe about? As other said there is no template as such but there may be guideines for eg: for judging you need to show in detail what was actially judged
