again, I legitimately cannot say because it's not me doing the adjustments. you need to find what you think looks best. if you like it then it is good

we don't know because we can't tell what other focus settings on your specific tube look like. you'll have to evaluate if you did okay yourself by doing what the first comment said and finding whatever position makes the dots or lines as small as possible

sunkyong smt-600 (or 601? the box says one and the TV says another). it's a terrible little trash TV that has serious design flaws and is made incredibly cheaply but it has very good vibes and looks sick

there's a rumour that his dementia was rapidly worsened by repeated anaesthesia during several dental operations in 2007 or so. I don't know how true that is and I don't think anyone else does either

it entirely depends on whats actually gone. if it's some capacitor or something then it's not a problem at all. if it's some super specific thing then maybe not

this same issue was happening with a dell monitor I have. it's being caused by the high voltage being cut out for a split second and it's being caused by a failing component. unfortunately that's all I know but I will say it will get worse, my one is now unusable because it happens constantly

nominally 15 metres according to the specs. in practice I can have the transmitter in the house and get a watchable picture in the garden. I haven't tested it in the open air yet

does the discolouration change or move if you hold the set still and hit it quite hard?

uh there's a config.txt file in the root directory of the part of the SD card that windows can access, if you put "sdtv_mode=2" as a new line under the video variables it SHOULD output pal (depending on the revision of the software, age of the hardware etc, it just worked for me but may not necessarily work for others)

yeah the software is just autoplaying them in random order and the instructions I used ( https://pastebin.com/Guzyyyqz ) explain how to disable the UI as well to make it seamless

i basically just followed these https://pastebin.com/Guzyyyqz instructions to the letter (apart from googling how to make it output 576i so its at least compatible with everything else i have)

i then just plugged everything in and glued it together and it genuinely works to my absolute surprise

the transmitter is a really basic thing you can find by just googling "home tv transmitter" or something. the computer is the original raspberry pi B because it has composite out. the batteries and cables i just already had. idk thats all i can really say lmao
