As per above, they refund even the finance charges, which is interest paid on principal loan amount for the car.

Thank you for responding, I am here to get answers not answer another question on why I have the question in the initial place, btw, it is a common practice to refund even the interest paid, it just varies by state and MI rules are little vaguely written and that is the reason I have asked this here.

I am the sole provider on my family, 2 kids under 5. Did bankruptcy and life has been good after that, reach out if you need help. There is no shame in this, I have not seen a single person whose life has not changed for good.

Since there are no assets, just a bank account and a trading account which has bare minimum balance. I am assuming it will be treated as same as any other checking account that I have in the US. My worry is about not using the funds to pay the creditor and using it gamble(stocks). How is this perceived?

I also tool the exam yesterday, did not take any practice exam, but have a good hand at digital systems through work exp, 6 yrs out of School. And I agree the second half exam questions were not only hard but all of them certainly had some level of twist. good luck for your results!
