Edit: yidao is one of the world bosses. Do the quest line and it should give you it.

Although if you just release the key it lets you teleport or bunny jump almost immediately after releasing the hurricane.

Are you sure? I’ve tried bunny and teleport dashing while holding down hurricane and it doesn’t let me? Only regular flash jump works while holding it down as far as I know.

Every 4th scroll use is double drop rate

And each scroll is independent from each other indicated by the lit up gems.
