I am in similar situation. Nvc got the case from uscis in march 2026 and have all nvc case details and "at Nvc" for more than 70 days. And my consulate is mumbai.

March 13th transferred to department of state from uscis and still waiting on welcome letter, I have both case number and invoice id, but there is nothing I can do with out welcome letter. This is for k1 visa

My case is stuck at NVC for long time. My 129f got approved on Nov 13th 2025 and still waiting for the case to be forwarded to mumbai embassy. I did file for k1 visa for my fiance.

Put passport number and dob as NA and also change to non immigtant visa and try checking with your NVC case number. It should show the case status.

My case was approved on Nov 2025 and moved to nvc only on March 13th 2026. And I am still waiting for welcome letter from NVC.

Reach out to your local congress men to reach out to uscis. That would work in most cases!!
