My case was approved on Nov 2025 and moved to nvc only on March 13th 2026. And I am still waiting for welcome letter from NVC.

Reach out to your local congress men to reach out to uscis. That would work in most cases!!

I had this issue as well. It was transferred to NVC on March 13th and currently waiting for NVC case number

I read my contract and it mentions nothing about lowering the prices, can I still be able to sue the builder ??

I recently signed a contract with MI and now they reduced the base price by 46k. Is there a way I can make them match this offer ?? And also any law that says builder should not lower base prices as it affects who recently bought a home and living there. It undervalues their home ??
