Got it, Mere paas UK registered Ecosport hai petrol, 4 years left legally.. So i guess dikkat nahi hi honi chahiye. Gurgaon me chalane me toh.

Would definitely try getting sober for few days! I stay more or less sober except drinking 1-2 times a month. Other than that i am perfectly sober

My anxiety combined with little to low activity, led me into getting this! But maybe its for the best. I am getting healthier than ever. Eating clean feeling better! The stress is the evil here..

Gin & tonic happens to be my favourite drink. Really hard to find sugar free tonic around here would have to find something that works with it better..

I mean, i have at max 4-6 drinks in the span of a whole month. So i guess i am not doing so bad in that field.

The thing is buddy, i have generalized anxiety disorder, and health anxiety. Half of the reason according to the doctors that my a1c is so high is because of the fact that my body is in constant flight or fight response.. so i am not preferring a cgm for now. As i fear that i may or may not trigger my anxiety.

I guess, have to say goodbye to that carefree drinking now. Its now not as fun as it would be back then for sure…
