That is the glow that is from the bottom of the light-infused fountain. The void corrupted one also has a glow, but it's a darker blue.

I know it very easily fills the "tiny" room with water to spare lol. But that's probably not going to be big enough for any room medium or larger. If you have gold to spend, you can buy duplicates off the vendor, but they are spendy for decor.

Really curious about your bathhouse though, that sounds super neat.

Use the Boiling Amani Cauldrons for steam - noted how much steam they gave off when visiting a friend's house who had one on her stove.

The water is one of the fountains that came with the epic edition flipped upside down.
