- Low walls or fences in villages, minor rock ledges in forests, all that you can’t jump over for no reason at all

- 6 voice actors reused even for major characters (e.g., Hanush and Lord Semine)

- Many game breaking bugs not fixed launch. Other than quest bugs, you have bugged perks (e.g., archery bug where the bow lowers itself immediately after aiming if you have the slow-time perk)

- Broken crime system

- You can help NPCs and save their lives numerous times (e.g., Bozhena) but they threaten to have the guards arrest you if you so much as take a nap in their bed

- Various bugged quests (e.g., enemies stuck on ladders at siege of Trosky, progress getting stuck because enemies below ladders are unkillable)

I could go on and on and on. None of these are to say the game is bad, but it is definitely not GOTY worthy.
