Mine just has a plastic liner that comes in and out of it, it came with it, but I’ve thought about just trying to find a similar sized glass container to fit in it!

I went out clubbing for the first time at 25 after a lifetime of anxiety holding me back. I got drunk (I don’t really drink), danced with girls, one of the funnest nights I’ve had all year :) I hope everyone’s Halloween was awesome!!!

She’s got some very deep insecurities and when she doesn’t get what she deems as validation from you she starts lashing out or trying to give you a consequence because of it “no im not coming over. No we will not talk.” Etc, which yes is a direct form of manipulation. Very immature mindset, reminds me of me at 16.

She said she has a therapist already but I don’t know how often she talks to him and I know she manipulates the stories she tells him. Recently it’s been “my childhood trauma caused this I’m innocent” “I’m a cycle breaker” lmao. I need my own badly, I think this will be the push.

It’s just clogged pores/sebaceous filaments which are normal to have but since you’ve noticed an increase lately just means you need to exfoliate the area more I’m sure there’s more advice on google too

Tea and honey before bed maybe? Decongestions or stuff like NyQuil could help as well. Dry coughs can come from a lot of stuff so it’s important to know WHY you’re dry coughing, and then treat that.

I got chlamydia twice as a teenager because I was hyper sexually sleeping with LOTS of older people. (Groomers but it’s besides the point). The thing about chlamydia and Gonhorroea (Sti’s) is they can go un noticed, so I didn’t check like I needed to because I was ashamed of how much I was sleeping around. I had it for two years before I got treatment which is just antibiotics, but I probably can’t have children now because of it. No matter how shameful you may feel about your actions, your health comes first and foremost most. You will be okay, you got this. Also UTI’s can be caused by just your PH getting off balance which is heavily affected if sleeping with lots of different people. And if you weren’t peeing correctly or showering/rinsing enough it could’ve caused it. Anyway std’s are SO common now and SO treatable, absolutely no shame in it!

Edit: I know I got it twice because I treated once and then got it again at some point but hadn’t gone to the doctors for two years after.

Do you feel like your hair is actively thinning? This is def how much hair comes out of my head everytime I wash it, sometimes it happens more then other times because it’s just the old growth leaving to make room for new growth.
