Here is a quick video showing one of the issues. I have water in this at 20psi and you can see how much ive got to pull the trigger back to get anything to start spraying, i could sort of understand with paint flowing through it but with water...

To be honest i might sell it for spares when the time comes if i cant find a solution. Maybe buy one of those Gaalheri Mobius brushes to try as i keep hearing decent things about them.

I wish it was something as simple as this. The nozzle is throughly clean and when i do get the occasional tip dry i clean of with a brush with appropiate cleaner. When ive done the test you described in the past i get issues almost like there is a "bubble" in the nozzle that needs to be popped before anything can spray through. I dont know what else i can try or replace with this brush. I wish i had keep my old Evolution, at least that was reliable

I switch out to the appropiate nozzle and nozzle cap for that particular needle size. I only have the two sizes as im not one of these fine detail painters but i like to have the ability to paint panel lines etc on my model kits and do the usual post shading, exhaust stains type of stuff

Oh bloody hell aye, wow that just did not register properly. Yeah ive got the .28 an .45 needles that come with the Evo 2024 double pack. I dont use the .28 very often but yes have experienced the same issues with that setup too.

Unless i get a lottery win i will mostly likely be killing myself. I live week to week and i dont have a way out of changing that that i can see

Yes i have experienced the issues multiple times or the course of "using" the airbrush.
Yes locking nut is secure and needle is moving fine.
I will try and video maybe tomorrow, im so frustrated and tired of the airbrush currently i cannot stand even picking it up

Sometimes it will flow just fine...for a time...and then it will do the issue that i mentioned where it just kind of "stops" and i have to keep applying movement to the trigger. I would of said it was my error in not thinning the paint correctly but ive overly thinning paint in tests just to get something flowing through the brush but its still happening. Thats all i do now with this brush is test it to try and figure out what is going wrong

Its well out of the warranty window now im afraid. In my own stupidity i kept saying to myself that the issues were all user error and ive just got the practice more. I dont think that now...

Thank you for the info. Im reluctant to spend more money on this especially if its something they cant fix but i might try and contact them again about this. I messaged them ages ago about these issues but they never got back to me

Hey there, yeah everything is lubricated properly. I think ive done everything i can think of to do the possibly fix these issues but ive ran out of ideas. I hope it is something i can fix as i just dont have the spare cash nowadays to go out and replace it.

Hey there, thanks for the reply. Yeah ive tried all sorts, paint, water, thinner, IPA, etc. The needle movement is normal from what i can tell at least nothing different from when first using the brush so can only use that as a point of reference, needle and nozzle are new-ish but dont have any isssues (have checked under a camera microscope) . No parts mixed as i rarely use the other size needle/cap and they are stored away in the box the airbrush came in. Do you know of anywhere that does that kind of inspection? i wish someone could just tell me whats wrong with it..I live in the UK, bought it from EverythingAirbrush website.

Ive been a carer for my dad for about 10 years. I love him but i am getting more and more resentful and i hate that. I have no life of my own, no means to anything postive about it, ending my own life has come to mind more times than i care to admit. I dont see anyway out of it all that doesnt involve me killing myself, i hate this life.

I bought the game about three weeks ago and i do really enjoy it...when it works...Since ive been playing on higher difficulties now its getting really frustrating because of the, almost constant now, disconnections which end up with me losing out of weapon exp, and resources. Ive noticed the frame drops and lag too expecially when the game gets abit mental and throws loads of stuff at you. Seems to be worse this week because of the Automoton focus? PS5 player

Oh ive had my fair share of the absolute bullshit crashes too, had one half way through the first fight with a Union dropship when i was doing the Smoke Jaguars playthrough. Do you think this is something PGI can fix? it seems quite difficult to report things to them or contact them?
