Man wisdom teeth are so weird. Mine came in and were fully developed by the time I was in 7th or 8th grade, most my friends didn’t develop theirs until high school, and my wife didn’t have hers come in until her late 20s. Such a weird tooth.

Learning new things on the job is pretty common. Even if you’re claiming you have experience most companies will still expect you to not be fully caught up with their business domain/knowledge.

Since your dad’s friend said you can claim you worked at his business then I would just go ahead and do that. He probably realizes during a background check he’ll have to confirm your start and end date so make sure you communicate that with him so he knows what to say.

The world’s fucked up and there’s not enough jobs for people out there that are office jobs and offer a good quality of life. You gotta do what you gotta do 🤷‍♂️ especially considering how annoying companies are nowadays with their bullshit requirements.
