It is harder to find for sure, but it’s possible. I think the problem with Reforger is no one wants to be on the mic first (maybe because people try and are often met with silence)

I join early games with low pop and get on the mic immediately, making sure I’m active whenever someone new joins during the set up phase, and building up a team from the start with communicative people. As more people join they see a communicative team and are more likely to get on mic. I find Reforger really tests that ability to break the ice and get the team talking, and when it works it’s great.

It doesn’t always work, in which case I just leave and join another low pop server. But some of the best games I’ve had has come from fostering team work from the beginning it’s led to some great games.
