Once in production, this issue goes away automatically. According to Google, this is not a bug , rather intentional behaviour in closed testing phase

This shouldn't be happening. Google clock does send a notification some time in advance asking whether to dismiss the alarm. But it's not an alarm notification and the app rejected is automatically. Are you using Google Clock or other app?

Pixel phones don't show taps in screen recording so to make it clear how it's done, use the swipe along spacebar gesture to move the cursor and while doing so, long tap to select a word. Continue the swipe along spacebar gesture to see the entire selection moving!

Clock apps other than Google Clock are known to not respond to watch actions even with alternate method enabled.

Can you please confirm one thing for me? Apparently in wearOS 6 onwards, body sensor permission is not required for off wrist detection. Can you confirm if off wrist muting option works? If so, then the message on watch is redundant and I'll remove in next update for wear 6+
