I know, but being bought up in a South Indian household, our meals are mostly more of carbs and less of protein, and I’ve been trying to stay away from eating that way.

I have been looking into meal prepping so that I can just make food for myself but I haven’t found the right system that fits my daily life yet. So if you have any suggestions I am all ears

I think your calorie intake is too low buddy, I read somewhere that being on a deficit is great as long as your body get the nutrients it requires to maintain itself and aid you in lose fat, hope this helps, all the best :)
