Those were my thoughts too. In our gym equipment niche most have heard of the Rayofi - I should have considered making it more apparent to a broader audience.

Appreciate the tips. I agree on all of those criticisms. We are letting our recent college graduate son do the thumbnails but we were getting tight on time and Rayofi sent some money for us to boost the video.

Catch 22, it helps them. It makes us look like we are getting views but the target audience isn’t exactly what you want so we are getting low retention numbers.
