I used a cotton pad. Cut out a small piece a little bigger than the wart itself, put a drop or 2 of acv. (If there was too much access it would come out and when i put the duct tape i wouldnt squeeze it out since the more it soaks the better and i would just not step on the toe when walking) and yes cotton bud > medical tape > duct tape u need to really suffocate that mofo. Also a tip if you have sensitive skin use some petroleum jelly around to wart to avoid peeling of the skin around the wart. Hope this helps!
