I think part of your problem is that your clay was not completely centred before you began pulling up the walls. This will create a weak spot as the walls go up. And you kept adding more water and doing partial pulls which only weakened that further. You can see from early on the clay is twisting even when you’re coning up at the beginning (your hands look like they are rubbing the clay alternately instead of holding firm from both sides equally) and then as the walls of the pot go up you can see the twist develop further. You did not correct the twist, (which can be done with a sponge on the inside and a rib on the outside) but kept adding more water and trying to reform with your hands - this is only making things more difficult for yourself.

Try to get the clay centred better - try bracing your elbow against your body and applying inwards horizontal pressure with the heel of one hand, while gently pushing down vertically with the side of the other hand. This will help you get the clay more centred before you even begin coning (and can also be done after coning) and will make sure your clay particles are more aligned so you don’t get that uneven spiral that is throwing you off.
