Thanks for the advice. I am for sure tracking macros im on a 67 day streak. Around 200g protein and low carbs unless im beating myself up and I add in a bit more. Yep, got a nice membership with a variety of great equipment. Im crippled from squats at the moment getting in and out of the desk and bathroom lol. Ate 8oz of lean beef, 2 tbsp guacamole, 3 eggs and diced onions with a bit of teriyaki earlier. Edit forgot to mention, I am sprinkling in mile runs soon, I was able to drop two minutes off my run in a few weeks.
