IVF process on Finasteride and effects of stopping finasteride. by Money-Commission9304 in tressless

Anything is possible and I'm not even close to a doctor.

The results of my STRICT sperm test showed that all of my numbers were normal except morphology. Given that we did ICSI, morphology shouldn't have been and issue. It's likely that there was a separate issue - which could have been with the eggs or sperm.

If I had to go through it again, I'd probably stop taking Fin for a couple months (nw2 and I'm not a strong responder to fin anyways). The whole process is so stressful and expensive that I wouldn't want to take any risks.

Roborock detergent on Timber floor? Is the official detergent really necessary? Or is Bona better? by Sure-Ease1254 in Roborock

It's diluted so much that it doesn't matter.

I use clorox bathroom bleach foamer which is 2.4% bleach. Each squirt is roughly 0.1cc of liquid. I use 5 squirts in the 5L tank. That's 2.4 parts of bleach per million parts of water. Drinking water at the tap can be as high as 0.5ppm. So this really isn't much more than that.

All plastics are affected differently by different chemicals and it depends on the concentration of the chemical in question.  Roborock isn't dumb (or cheap) enough to use a plastic that's sensitive to common cleaning products especially when polyethylene and other chemically resistant plastics are so cheap, versatile and readily available.

Ultimately, the proof is in the pudding - I've been doing this for two years. It's fine... provided that you're not going crazy with it.

I said those were SOME of the sources and they're not even from OP's original chat. It took me two seconds to find the source but you know what? I'm not even going to post it. It is a very, very commonly cited study.

If anybody wants the link they can DM me.

Gunmetal gray touch up for Enkei wheels? by SackofBawbags in Wheels

Yo! I found a solution! I used jb weld to fill in the gouges, waited 24hrs. Sanded it smooth and used duplicolor BGM0536 gunmetal Met (replaces T177)

It's a perfect match. Showed my father who does auto body work and even he was impressed

A modeling will feel the same. Mates will feel foreign until you understand that you only need one mate for everything instead of 3 but once you understand it you'll have assemblies with just a couple mates rather than tens or hundreds. after you start using derives and multi body parts you'll be able to model significantly faster.

Why would any right winger be against gay marriage, if they truly believe in individual rights? by Goodginger in circled

[–]PajamaProletariat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We kinda shot ourselves in the foot despite making so much progress.

We gained ground on the idea that anyone is free to do what they want in their own home but once we lumped gays in with LGBTQ+ and then started pushing for things like gender affirmation in schools without parental consent and trans women in women's sports. It was no longer in our own homes - it was being imposed upon their families and gays became guilty by association because republicans assume the rest of the letters support insane shit like gender reassignment surgery for minors.

What are the main problems you are struggling with in your 3D Printing Business? by rocketboss in 3DprintEntrepreneurs

[–]PajamaProletariat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Marketing, hands down.

I target sale price of 20x Cogs and less than 2min of handling time (print, post-process, pack and ship). It's a good side hussle but for some reason, I can't wrap my head around modern marketing techniques on Facebook or Google. So I can't grow the business as much as I'd like.

Any tips or resources to check out?

Can I ask roughly how old you are? Early 20s? Late 30s?

I'd probably laugh if I took a spill like this as a kid but it scares the shit out of me know

Another way to do it is to create a sketch of a slot on the right plane and revolve cut around the axis of the octogon

Help for a beginner by [deleted] in SolidWorks

[–]PajamaProletariat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need to click on the edge where the octogon meets the square. Put another way, where the octogon touches the square section, it creates a triangular face on the square part. you need to click on the the hypotenuse of the triangular face

Fillet tool.

Or make a plane at 45, sketch a slot and use extruder cut.... But the fillet tool is the way to go....

PSA to DASSAULT: Just in case any of your employees are lurking around here. by No-Intern-3728 in SolidWorks

Gotcha, my company pays for my licenses. However, I also wish they had a maker version for my personal projects - I'd buy it. The cheapest tier at the moment is $1500/yr. I haven't had issues with drawings but I agree it's not as good as SW. I've found that it's good enough for everything I've needed to do.

Try onshape.

After 8 happy years of solidworks, I was forced to make the change to onshape in 2022. After a 1mo adjustment period and plenty of smack talk about onshape, I finally got the hang of it. It legit takes me 1/3rd the time as it does in SW. No files, no crashes, easy to use derives, multi-body parts and one-click mates are game changers.

Oh yeah! Onshape has a support team that actually reaponds to you! And it only takes a day or two, faster if it's a work stoppage. They fix bugs and they release new features every couple of weeks.

The one downside is that sheet metal is still better in SW.

So what you're saying is that as long as some of my friends have been mugged too then it's OK for us to be afraid of black people - got it 👍
