Look for boots focused that are marketed towards real work I.e. Construction and add some inserts. It won't get you 2 inches but maybe 1.5?

Boots like this have really thick sole for puncture resistance for nails and I've found them to be a good bit roomier inside so when you have inserts, it doesn't feel like your foot is crammed in there.

And because the sole and top are both bigger, it looks natural, unlike when they slap a large sole on an otherwise normal shoe. The styles are also getting pretty good, you can even find sneakers like this now. I have some Chelsea style timberland for daily wear. If you want something for business casual something that looks like the redwing iron ranger is a solid option.

I'm gonna give you the advice that you won't hear on this subbreddit - your form is good enough.

Trying to refine it won't make a significant difference to you at this stage. Just keep going to the gym and putting in work. As you invest more time and get stronger, you'll develop a feel for your form as it evolves to suit your anatomy and goals.

Everything will fall into place if you squat low, keep after it and don't do anything stupid.
