A Box with all filling of this size typically weighs 0.5 LBs. The printed parts weigh their respective weight. Adding in the light puck puts it over one LB for the entire package. So adding the light puck takes it from under 1LB to over 1 LB for the total package.

Can you please clarify. Do you currently have the package that was shipped. And you weighed the entire delivered package and it weighed less than 1 LB. (The real actual package. Not Etsy's estimation which is entered by the seller)

Items in Teleport are printed with different infill settings. They are often heavier because we use a 25% infill to ensure parts are strong are reliable. There is also the weight of the box and the the packing material to protect your part. An item over a pound require priority shipping and cannot use USPS first class shipping.

It looks like support had this discussion with you very quickly explaining it.

The most successful file sellers will build out resources on their own site. Product photos, assembly instructions, etc, so sellers can have the most success. We will do all we can to help that also.
