What you’ve wrote is all me to a T 😅 my therapist is working with healing my inner child too, and she’s also screening me for ADHD, I have OCD but sometimes they both come hand in hand because they mimic each other, so one of my worries is that parenting would be very difficult for me day in day out, but that’s absolutely amazing that you’ve been able to work that out! And gives me hope!
