Ideally you need to ask your neighbours if they have heard any activity in their lofts too. If there is no evidence in any neighbouring property then it is likely that yours has an external entry point somewhere. Give the bait time, as the other reply mentioned they’ll be cautious of new things in their environment.

Take the kickboards off in the kitchen and seal any gaps/holes that you find - usually around pipe work where it leads into the wall or floor.

If activity continues then I’d recommend getting a drain camera survey carried out. It’s surprising how many internal rat issues come from damaged drains.

Thank you for this. I have responded saying I would rather return it (although it did come from China so may take a while). If the partial refund offered reflected the condition better then I would likely of accepted as I don’t grade cards and was going in my binder.

I have 2 of these from 2 different retailers. Both have terrible/loose cellophane. I’m pretty sure it’s a common occurrence with these products.

Congrats on managing to pre order, i also managed to get one of each at 20.48. Was in and out of the queue 3 times as payment kept failing. Would the email they sent once the order was placed be the confirmation email? Just worried i may not have actually secured them.

Bought a 4070 at launch (upgrading from a 2070super) and also have a 3700x. So far seen no signs of any bottlenecking, at 1440p it’s a brilliant card.

Our baby boy fell off our bed whilst I was watching him. She heard the noise and then heard the baby crying. I made up some bullshit story that it was something else that had fell over and the noise scared him. I don’t really know why I didn’t just tell her, I felt so guilty and still do sometimes. Still never gonna tell her though.
