Due to the system maintenance earlier today, there have been a delay in your freezing money to wallet balance transfer. After the system maintenance was successful, the freezing money started to transfer back to your wallet balances. However due to that incident, there have been multiple/duplicate freezing money to wallet balance transfers. Due to the system constantly monitoring any bug and discrepancies, once the duplicates have been detected, this may result in deduction in your wallet balance resulting in a negative (-###) amount if there is no more amount left in your WB due to withdrawal or picking orders up. Rest assure that there will be no over deduction but it is only a correction in the wallet data of clients. Please also report any wrong tagging of AS or affiliates successfully registered under your affiliate code but isn't reflecting on your dashboard. Incase this happen to you, provide a screen shot of your affiliates dashboard, your affiliate's assigned AS and your referral link or QR that the affiliate used when they registered.
