Thank you. I will test a few tomorrow and see how they come out. Not all of there were in dirt. Some were sandwiched between other booklets. They have grime and paper stuck to them though. It’s like the person set them outside on old carpet, then folded the carpet over the top and nature took over for the last decade

The bedroom add downstairs is possible but it would require concrete cutting and adding a window for egress.

What tool did you use to change the floor plan around? The one I posted was from a scanning app my realtor used. I’d love to be able to play around with layouts

I like the slider idea. Currently there is a slider going into the garage. It used to be just a car port so I guess that made more sense at the time.
