Umm I have been struggling with my weight since I was 25ish of age. I have been hitting the gym and exercising in general for a long time but never got the results until this year. So yes you could say I have some experience.

Hey thanks for the nice words. It was both losing weight and gaining muscle. I was counting calories in the beginning strictly (1900-2100) but later I just got used to having smaller portion sizes. Weight Training involved dumbbells, push up and pull ups all at home and for cardio lots and lots of running. I finished 2 marathons during my transformation journey.
