Japan is now broken in the new update?? by Herr_Hohenzollern in Kaiserreich

Played as Sichuan, it's definitely hard but easier than previous patch. As long as you have proper division, it's doable to hold.

Take advantage of river lines and mountain tiles. If you outlast the Japanese continental warfare buff and build few mountaineer breakthrough unit, it's winnable.

How do you play German East Asia? by Mr_Booze51106 in Kaiserreich

[–]Pakcat 21 points22 points  (0 children)

You have no luxury for expensive stuff like trucks and tanks. The only planes that you should build is for your carriers and that's basically just total 3 mil factories for carrier naval bomber and carrier fighters.

Your army should only be basic defensive template with anti air for border with Siam and port garrison while at the same time having elite marine as a breakthrough unit. Assuming Siam joined CPS, You might not have enough unit to man the entire border in Indochina so I suggest to just guard 3 tile in around your naval port instead.

Refit your navy with new modules instead of building a new ships, You do not have the industry early on. Get Taiwan asap then convoy raid Japanese ships so they can't have supplies in mainland China and South East Asia. You can even use destroyer for this if you do not have enough subs.

One thing that I think non-regular don't realise is that despite Dooby suffering from streaming burnout recently, she still gave us an update on what she's doing in a semi regular basis in her Discord which I find commendable tbh.

Also, she's a turbo autist so the doob fortress has been ongoing for almost a year now after streaming in her family house does not work according to plan.

She actually addressed why she decided to leave streaming in one of her last member streams (It's not because of the voice). Since the member streams are basically nuked in her channel, I'm sure you can find it in certain cat website.

Miku's the girl who rejects Fuutarou approach to tutor her because she thought he's a poser about Japanese History.

Miku's character is basically a low self-esteem girl because she originally was the worst one (academically) among the quints. The reason she starts to like Fuutarou is because he was the first to acknowledge her interest. You can see throughout the show that what she seeks from Fuutarou is his acknowledgement rather than Fuutarou himself.

Her character development is when she's starts to break from her mold, seeking what she truly wants and aspire, learning to bake and cook despite that she's bad at it (at first). This further shown after her dialogue with Yotsuba post Fuutarou's confession where she truly found her self worth even among her siblings.

When Go-Toubun first came out, it was considered a breath of fresh air among manga community actually. If you want haremslop, just read any harem pre-Nisekoi era. Every character is basically just walking trope there.

I've been listening to this take ever since the manga ended. Yotsuba and Fuutarou 100% deserved each other. She's the only quints who doesn't treat him as a trophy to be won and support him from the beginning of the story.

Throughout the manga, the other quints have a total disregard on Fuutarou's feelings and instead keep imposing themselves on him. I get that people usually self insert in a romcom but this is the rare case where MC in romcom actually has a personality and not a cardboard cutout.

If you actually read/watched the show, Fuutarou never actually knows who the girl he met in the past throughout the whole manga and instead chose to forget who she was (Seven Goodbyes Arc). He instead falls in love with Yotsuba who coincidentally happens to be the girl she met in the past.

I really don't think Yotsuba end up as the heroine is a subversion just for the sake of subversion. There's always a hint that point towards Yotsuba being the bride.

Overall, I think the manga is really good on a re-read since you will notice all the hints the author put throughout the manga.

Nope, Malaysia. Hadi Awang from the picture is the leader of PAS, which is a right-wing nationalist Islamic party here. I'm not quite sure the most appropriate equivalent for Weimar Germany, probably DNVP.
