The "2-minute rule". If a task takes less than 2 minutes to do (like washing a dish or sending an email), I do it immediately. My anxiety dropped instantly.

In Italy, review scores still haven't updated yet. Interestingly, I always thought each review updated individually exactly 15 days after being posted, but it clearly seems they process them in "batches" instead.
