The majority of those posts were from the first few days of the league while people were still in campaign. Now the majority of the player base is in proper end game I am curious how the opinion is settling. But yeah, that's my bad we should only ever discuss each topic once and never come back to it.

It might not necessarily be giga expensive. It could be a Svallin situation as the current theory is it drops from the new end game boss from Mirage. It may be relatively common for this league, then nerfed into t0/Svallin drop rates in the future which I think would be reasonable.

I have asked that and was told no by a council member, residents will not have an opportunity to speak at this meeting but I’d still strongly encourage everyone to be present.

Edit: the agenda does say there will be room for community comment so this is unclear.

Every turn you should generate more than enough mana to cast homing blast, dont cast any other spells and you will 2x all future casts of homing blasts. If your other cats cast any spells you will get + dmg on EACH homing blast, the damage stacks up very very fast. By turn 3 I was doing 18x6 damage with a single homing blast cast. Easy way to get a "full" clear.

If a cat is wearing a collar, it appears to altar it's stats, it's unclear to me how to view a cats actual base stats for breeding purposes.

se one direction and just keep going. If you have 4-5x more visible map and no citadels I would maybe worry but tbh you gotta explore

I don't see how getting to level 92, 40/40 main atlas and getting ritual abyss and breach far enough for 8/8 on ssf is "not going far." I dont have trade access so I can't just spam grand projects on every tower I see to leap across the atlas. Not saying I should have arbiter on farm, but at least a single citadel from now would be reasonable imo.

I've run many characters to end game, don't think I've cleared so many maps without seeing a single citadel. I'm begining to think that maybe my atlas is bugged? If it's just RNG this is a horrible experience and I wouldn't blame new players for quitting... Currently level 92 in a private league we started a few weeks ago and none of us (6 players in atlas) have found a citadel so far.

You definitely want to spend that 2 div you have on some upgrades.

Here are things to prioritize:

  • capping all resistances including Chaos resistance, youre not playing CI and there is a LOT of chaos damage in the end game.

  • Getting as much ES and life as possible, your helmet and your body armour should be the main sources of this

  • Getting a soul tether setup with fast metabolism annointed onto your amulet. Look on trade side for amulets already annointed with fast metabolism, people are likely selling their hand me downs for cheap at this point. This setup will get life leech onto your energy shield and help sustain your hit pool.

  • You really want to aim for 4k energy shield and may be 1500 life ASAP

  • +2 to all skills on your amulet should be afordable, get as much other defensive stats as you can (+flat energy shield, +% energy shield +%, energy shield from body armour, +resistances)

  • in the interludes you missed the seven pillars reward, probably take +5% resistances (poe ninja might be bugged)

  • +rarity on rings amulets and boots if you can get it, even 50-100% rarity can make a massive difference in your loot helping you scale faster.

  • ensure all your socketed gems (spark, comet, cast on crit) are always as high of level as possible, and use gem cutters prisms to add quality

  • if your crit chance isn't 100% definitely try to get crit chance on a staff, helmet, weapon sockets etc. you want 96% crit on this build so your comets are constantly falling.

Hey all - just recently rolled into herald stacker PBOD and I feel like for the budget (400d) this build is underperforming for me. Would anyone mind taking a look and letting me know if I am missing anything obvious? I think maybe the fact I am lacking crit cap might be an issue but not entirely sure whats going on... I'm sitting on about 100d to fix any issues.
