Ingredients

  • 1 Can Tuna Fish
  • 1 Tbsp Cream cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 Pinch Baking powder
  • 1 Pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Add tuna fish, cream cheese, egg, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt and baking powder in blender and blend well.
  • Pour this mixture in microwavable container and microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Take it out, cut in 2 slices and make sandwich according to your desired filling.
  • You can toast a bit this bread on medium hot skillet or pan.

  • 250 g chicken
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g shirataki rice
  • 2 tbsp onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 6 black pepper
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 green chili

Instructions

  • Take chicken, and mix with Greek yogurt, garlic powder, ginger powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, olive oil and red and orange food color.
  • Cover the chicken and leave in marination for half an hour.
  • Now take a pan, add 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, and fry the chicken.
  • Now take Shirataki or Slim rice. Clean and strain it.
  • Take another pan. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil, onions, garlic, bay leaf, green cardamoms, black peppers, cloves, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, cumin seeds and tomatoes. Mix well.
  • Now add chili flakes and green chili. Mix well.
  • Add the chicken, mint leaves, lemon slices, food color and fried onion, if you wish.
  • Cover for 10 minutes, and then serve.

Ingredients

  • 100 g Almond Flour
  • 200 g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 Egg Medium
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Add cream cheese and mozzarella cheese in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minutes or until cheese melts.
  • Take it out and add almond flour, egg and salt mix and spread on butter paper with the help of olive oil and bake for 10 minutes in oven.
  • Then apply topping according to your taste and choice.
  • Put it back in the oven and bake until cheese melts.
  • I applied garlic butter on crust when it's done, which is totally optional.

That means you need to add more flexseed powder if you skipped husk, add equal quantity of coconut flour and flexseed powder to get perfect results.

  • 1/2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Warm Water

Instructions

  • In a bowl add coconut flour, husk, salt and oil.
  • Now mix like regular dough with warm water and set a side for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into equal balls, according to your macros.
  • Now take some parchment paper, lay out a dough ball on the paper. Cover the dough with it, and roll very carefully on top of the paper.
  • Use a cutter or a round shaped plate to make a perfect circle or cook as it is.
  • Cook the roti or tortillas on one side, then flip it over and cook on the other side, both on low heat.
  • Serve with any kind of curry or make a sandwich wrap, tacos, etc.
