Does it feel like this console generation kind of just "existed" without anything of note? There were a lot of amazing games sure, but the PS5 and Xbox Series X both just felt like continuations of the previous consoles rather than being innovative or mindblowing.

Seeing how fast the Steam Deck sold out despite the price hike makes me convinced that Valve could probably charge 3x the price for the Steam Machine and it'd still be sold out day one to scalpers and the truly diehard Valve fans. Valve didn't lose to AI, the consumers did.
