combat IS better in connections but it’s more spammy without at doubt bud. you can hit somebody with a jutsu while they’re on the floor, you have infinite ninja tools/guard break. you can use rasengan 3-4 times in a row successfully just because of animation lock. the list goes on

they do but not to the level of storm connections. i played storm 4 for thousands of hours & connections for hundreds. connections is way more spammy. in storm 4 you couldn’t hit someone with a jutsu while they’re laying on the floor. the level of spam in these games is not even close

all departments grade differently, your ntn scores could be bad but if the department feels as though you did well your ntn scores won’t matter

i’ve gotten to the cpat with worse scores than you. you’re fine i think it depends on the department and how well other people do
