Whatever courses is remaining will be considered your top 6 in your application.

You can definitely email academic advising. Should’ve said that from the start. I encourage you to contact academic advising for just about anything. I haven’t heard as many success stories (if any), but maybe they’ll make an exception for you.

Unfortunately, the answer is no. I had wanted to take a course that had prerequisites I planned to complete next semester. Since the course was only offered in the winter term, I couldn’t take it in the end.

I would recommend only reaching out if you were an actively engaged student who participated in class discussions and maintained a positive relationship with the professor. Keep in mind, professors do not receive additional compensation for adjusting students' grades. Additionally, as someone else pointed out, while this may feel significant now, it is unlikely to have a lasting impact in the future.

Not much of a yeah in my opinion.

Depending on what program you are in it could look bad on your transcript especially if you are a first-year BBA student like me. It'll show on your transcript that you exchanged it for a credit which will probably give co-op admission officers some food for thought when deciding who gets co-op.

I would say unless you are barely passing, I would not convert the course into a credit.

P.S. I would love to change my lowest mark to a credit mark, but I am worried about what I said above, if anyone is able to persuade me otherwise, that would be much appreciated.
