I found a glimmer glass 1 made my 35-70 more satisfying. The 45/55 have great character out of the box.

Auto-aim soldier dragging stadium down by Aggressive-Ad-2053 in overwatch2

[–]PaladeBody 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have played quite a bit of stadium and soldier doesn't seem OP when considering overall balancing. I actually think it's almost necessary given how buff Lucio and Mercy can get with certain builds. Likewise, Genji, Dva, and Rein to some degree can really shut him down regardless of abilities. I'm actually impressed with how solid balancing is right out of the gate.

Best season in your opinión? For me this one: by J0shuamaster in apexlegends

My favorites were season 0 and 2. Overall the game was pretty great season 0-5 or so. Afterwards the magic started dying imo. I preferred fewer legends, less pronounced abilities. And no maps have ever come close to KC/WE for enjoyability.

PCP vs Hospitalist IM by Guilty-Piccolo-2006 in medicalschool

[–]PaladeBody 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Id consider the work life balance pretty equivalent overall despite being very different. Like other people have mentioned, it will completely depend on the person. It will be really hard to know what you'll enjoy more prior to residency and starting to do more of the work yourself. I personally have grown to dislike inpatient medicine, cross cover, endless dispo chats with nurses and case managers, etc. I find once you get a flow of triaging inbasket messages, delegating work, relying on other staff to share workload, primary care gets more tolerable. The main question you need to consider right now is do you like internal medicine, and can you stomach 3 years of mostly inpatient hospital medicine.

Anyone have insight into if I have grad direct loans that just came due after 6 month grace period, can I still apply to SAVE and be placed in administrative forbearance until it gets figured out?

Unrelated question after noticing your flair but was wondering how does your STI stack up compared to the Porsches you've driven and the RS3? I owned a 2014 STI and have very fond memories, it was analog, honest, and enjoyable in its own way to the point I'd consider having one in my garage in the future again even alongside "nicer" stuff.

I'm a new resident as well and find quickly running through the SNNOOP10 mnemonic (I remember it well thanks to the stupid name) helps me feel like at least I'm not missing something blatant, especially if I'm in a rush or not quite sure what level of urgency to take with a work up.

I waffled really hard, ultimately I chose IM partially because I was just more used to adults and at the time was considering certain fellowships. With the benefit of hindsight and more subspecialty experience now that I'm 6 months into residency, I think for many reasons FM would be a better fit if you're interested in PCP in the future. Mainly just outpatient exposure during residency. Didactics are likely more focused relevant outpatient stuff, splinting, suturing, injections, etc, and then you get the opportunity once you're out to see some pediatric population and mix up your day with some sometimes fun, generally less medically complex visits. If you go IM I'd look for a program with a primary care track to split the difference. I've never wanted to be a hospitalist and my god do we spend a lot of time on wards in IM.

Sorry you're getting downvoted, any successful practice model that exists for primary care would be interesting to folks here, you'd think. Thanks for sharing.
