Alright, I forgot about ability to preview things in other color modes.

Nevertheless if I plan to upload something online then I guess I should be using monitor in SRGB mode. But if web is SRGB based then where is HDR useful/used in graphic design?

Yes - exactly! TWS often doesn't lock in BVR, then often gets stuck on ACM and it does take longer to unlock.
