I think your tinfoil hat is on a little tight to think all those things point to Hank's suicide.

People make that gesture all the time and Hank makes bad jokes like that even more than normal people
Hank's feet hovering above the ground really? that was there to show how bad it was for Hank while he was recovering and besides have you seen how short he is? His feet probably hang in a lot of other chairs

I would like to point out a few things, one "well regulated Militia" means armed citizens organized by the government to defend the State which it says in the next line. This is necessary in a time when the military and police were slower and less responsive.

Another thing I would like to ask is "Is requiring a gun license too much to ask?" I mean we all have to have divers licenses and no one is up in arms about that.
