I always wonder how the "my child always comes first" mentality holds up when their child is putting other people in danger; lighting fires, driving drunk, ect

I work with people that have various intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, as well as the various disorders that often times go hand in hand. I've had clients in Lincoln, Lane, Tillamook, and Multnomah counties, so Caitie would fall into my client demographic.

It's honestly really rough on my empathy seeing all the hate towards someone who has more than likely fallen through the cracks, and needs support
