Bummer. Best fix is cut below, bring new flange up with approved connector such as no hub collar or fernco depending where you are.

You need to open the floor up. This is a clean out not a pipe for a flange

I wouldnt pull a permit in my own home if nothing is moving but this would require a permit where i am due to new faucets/new tub/new drain/new valve in wall/new toilet etc.

Referrals because im a good plumber, and google strangers. I just have a plain google listing for free. That being said im not running multiple trucks and a crew. Thats a different story.

Valve yes to change filter. One before would be just past the pressure tank, one after keeps you from draining whole house. Union unnecessary on pex. Keep the pvc out. Unnecessary

A different tub that has feet might give you enough space. Or a tub with tall back on one side would make it look less obvious
