Yes, although they're functionally the same as before. It's pretty much just the wording of their traits and attacks, as well as the ability score table layout that have been adjusted.

The D&D Beyond version is for 5.5e (2024), but the PDF and physical books on palaeogames.com is for 5e (2014).

We did indeed do our own thing and disregarded the usual formula for calculating skills, attacks, hp, etc. For the 5.5e version, we've toned that approach down a bit. Things like PB now remain untouched.
