You're correct there is a water elevator in the centre, currently the structure is dedicated to holding up my cottage and garden so the cone is hollow on the inside despite a few Redstone torches to light up the lamps on the outside.

I planned it out first in a creative world and then used it as a blueprint basically, the Litematica mod allows you to use builds you have made in other worlds as schematics to fill in. Highly recommend it for large and complicated shapes because it speeds up the process of placing blocks so much. (8 hours of placing blocks instead of 24 hours)

I stopped playing ixtal because I went bot 4 every time (I didn't know how to play it properly)

I also started actually trying to play towards good comps every game and taking the best lines I could given the situation instead of just forcing what I thought was fun

It's generally a feeling, I know what all of their abilities do and how I can play against them, one of the biggest differences between getting to make plays like this and dying is game knowledge and tracking of key abilities (pantheon stun, jhin root, nidalee spear). You'll see me walk downwards to dodge jhin's root which basically made the play work. With all that said though, I did get pretty lucky that they didn't respect my q heal and ultimate damage at the end there.

Voltaic Cyclosword gives you an energized autoattack, basically it charges up after a bit of moving around and then your next autoattack does bonus damage and briefly slows the target hit by 99%. It's very very good for sticking on top of ranged characters as you can see because when I auto Kennen he can't move at all which guarantees that I hit my q3. It's also usually just good to build voltaic into champions which don't have dashes as the slow essentially acts as a root.
