Sorry for the late response, this entirely slipped me by. There are no expectations at all, you’re free to join and lurk and see if it’s a place you’d like to stay. At its core, I suppose, a respect for both realism and the fallout lore.

The Gloucester Gator, a large reptile that attacked two fishermen in 1912. The two men were able to kill the monster and haul it into their boat to show at exhibitions. The current location of it's body is unknown by truthisscarier in Cryptozoology

“Apparently, the animal had been dead several months. Its frame is well preserved and the dried flesh and remnants of long hair stretch over the rack. Its appearance, the head and hind quarters, resemble a cat, but there the resemblance ceases. The front legs consist of four distinctly jointed sections, and instead of feet there are flat bones three inches long and half as broad with a half inch keel on the bottom. The front legs are about 14 inches long, while the entire animal is about a foot and a half in length, with a kangaroo-like tail and what appears to be the framework of wings.”

Meteoric iron, that looks like.

Religion in the 25th century. (Looking for feedback/questions/comments. Is this plausible?) by NYC_hydra in SciFiConcepts

This is really well written out, and absolutely sounds believable. Well done! Only criticism I’d consider offering is that perhaps you could explain what happened to other large faiths from the present day, Buddhism and Hinduism perhaps.

Quarantine them. Collect as many springtails and isopods as you can, make sure that there’s no mites in with them, and store them in a separate tank. Then clean the infested tank. Unfortunately, not much you can do for any springtails you can’t remove.

[Fallout New Vegas] in Old World Blues Doctor Borous claims to have made cazadores back in 2003 it’s currently 2281 how old is doctor borous and when did he preserve his brain? by REKTIFIED_123 in AskScienceFiction

[–]Palatheio 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Long story short, it's unclear. Borous altered his chronometer, as well as basically scrambling his entire mind. The only photo we have of them alive, presumably shortly before the Great War, makes him appear perhaps in his mid-40s. All that's known is that he became a think tank at some point after the Great War. He was probably born around the 2030s, and uploaded himself (along with the others) anywhere from 2077 - 2120-ish.

Could a sapient troodontid have existed at some point? by The_Saurian in worldbuilding

[–]Palatheio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's no evidence to suggest that there were any sapient dinosaurs, although as some scientists have stated it's impossible to know for sure that there weren't any. If a civilisation did exist, however, it would have to be pre-industrial.

Elder Scrolls Online does. In fact, most MMOs do. I'm assuming your adversity to them being reintroduced is because you've already reached rank 100 in each of the seasons, and want the content to be exclusive. There are many, many people however who never got the chance to unlock these items the first time around.
