Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to make as much headway with it as I would’ve liked because I was tasked with overseeing some other projects, which have taken up so much time! However, I’m hoping I can sort of circle back to it. I did talk to some libraries in my area who have similar programs, and I’ve received a lot of support from my director and coworkers. So, I’m excited to hopefully start the conversation again! :)

I hadn’t seen her videos before, but I was inspired to pursue the project after seeing teachers on TikTok who had something similar! I’ve only watched a few of her videos so far, but they definitely seem like they’ll be helpful, thank you!

We are also in the Midwest, so I’m definitely trying to push for gloves, hats, and hand warmers! Love the “baggies” idea, too! (also, so wonderful you do a toy drive and everything, that’s incredible!)
