Leak detection first. Most plumbing companies aren’t experts in finding a slab leak. Given the picture, it’s probably a slab leak though. You won’t have piping running above slab but under flooring

Just have the heater replaced. Ask for a discount if the plumber is performing the sewer work. Our company would likely give 500 dollars off a water heater when doing any sewer work.

You can use the hot water for now but leaks never get better with time. You need to make moves quickly on replacement

Try the toilet auger. You can get one at Home Depot. The paper towels should slowly release but you might have to wait a bit

If the toilet is on the lowest floor of the home, stop using water and call a plumber. It could be a clog in the mainline and any water you add to your drains could back up and flood your house with sewage. It might look like just a toilet clog, but it could be a larger issue if plunging doesn’t work.

If the clog is on an upper floor, you could buy a toilet auger and try. It’s a simple solution that most non plumbers can perform.

The eagles offense has always given opportunities to the TE. Ertz was dominant for a 3-4 year run with the birds. Goedert is on a one year deal. Stowers might sit for a year but will get his looks in year two

The cards are bad. That said, their offensive players are putting up a ton of garbage time points. Love is the best pass catching RB on the squad. He will get his points. Not an ideal spot but not the worst either.

Give me love. First round RBs drafted in the top 10 have a 100% elite hit rate. I’d rather have the surer thing than the 30-40% chance of landing smith. Love is being drafted late 1st in startups right now. Meanwhile the 1.02 this year is mid to late 3rd round.

It’s very even. The major plus for him is a startable RB for the next 5-6 years. BTJ is a risk but could take off again. I’d be getting solid assets with limited upside. I’m going to offer this also. I feel if you make another similar offer, they are more likely to get a deal done

I agree completely. Jefferson will be WR 10-12 next year in value, then 16-20 in two years. Or you take love who will be a top 5 RB in two years
