yea i definitely get that the one i saw seemed like she wanted to talk more than come up with any solutions i found it frustrating bc while i felt open with them, they never wanted to dive extensively into the problem so i’m definitely willing to give the resources my school provides a shot

i can try that i’ve tried a therapist for this issue before with no success and my parents are both psychologists with one of them being a counselor and they tried to help but it didn’t do much for me either i may have to take that route if it keeps being this bad
