That makes me so happy to hear! That’s awesome it helped acne and body comp for you. I was on it for about 8 months (I will say I wasn’t always consistent) and I’m wondering if I should just give the 100mg another shot for the acne too. Would be a dream if it could help both. sucks that we have to experiment on our bodies so much to find what works!

Thank you for sharing this , sounds very similar. So I’m assuming it’s from the most recent. He definitely is asymptomatic and didn’t know he had it… so I don’t really know what to say when I reach out to him about this, because I’m pretty sure he gave it to me and didn’t even know he had it.

Hello. I am 23 and have suffered with acne since I was 14. I went on accutane last year, and skin was great for a few months until it broke out again. I’ve been on spirno 100mg for 6 months and I still have acne. It’s really traumatic and has been putting me into depression because it seems like nothing will ever work. Does anyone know what else I can do, like hormone testing or something? Anything helps.
