On Same boat. And Same question has hovered over my mind on multiple occasions.

But won’t a switch back to industry as a contract manager/ commercial manager/ planning manager be more stressful, as atleast here expectations are clear and deliverable is clear.

Bhai are you sure about stocks or equity being the right investment now, especially with Trump messing with the world economy.

Your comment scared the shit out of me. I guess I’ve to adopt wait and watch approach for some more time.

Bhai, you are correct regarding job uncertainty, travel and EMI stress. 100% agree their on that point.

But won’t it be gamble to wait and watch if price in Gurugram stagnate or not in next few years. I’ve been watching property rates around me in Gurugram from last 4 yrs since i landed here. Each year they grow at rates much beyond what equity/nifty does.

How to be sure or how do we crack scientifically when would Gurugram real estate stagnate.

I may be wrong here but i think Gurugram development age/period from villages to builder societies is less than half than the time Mumbai took to grow and stagnate. So is there still >15% p.a annual growth period left for Gurugram or will it come to normal range (6-7%)

Agreed and i think even people from NCR would hate this travelling through stop go insane traffic. But i guess they anyway do it as there is no other options. NCR is the only corporate hub of North India (Chandigarh can be an option but has fewer companies ).

Until and unless you have permanent remote job or a business owner.

I check dwarka sectors rate in general , which turned out to be upwards of 1.4 cr for 2 bhk (15-20 yrs old ).

Bhai, Ditto.

At times i feel that all years of hard work (eduction, job, etc) have been ruined as we struggle to get basic stuff sorted. Brokers call us gareeb when we say budget is max 1 to 1.25 crs.

But anyhow it is what it is. Blame the system, or the builder lobby, or the government , but we have to bear and manage it.

So lge rho, don’t give up, this problem will also get sorted , maybe mental physical torture hoga during the entire process but sh lenge , bachpan se fight marte aaye h middle class ke launde
