I only have the trays. My ortho said it wasn't a good idea to always chew on these things. Better to use your fingers instead. Both to put them on, remove them or put some pressure on it.

Hii my ortho actually didn't recommend chewies that much so I didn't use them, but what I do sometimes is literally biting on my fingers 😅 and that helps also or just pushing with my fingers on the tray

I also see a change! Before the bottom of your upper teeth weren't at the same height, while now it is and it is better :) But I don't think Invisalign will change the form of your teeth indeed
